Leaders of the future

PMI Chapter Slovakia organizuje 28.Septembra v rámci pravidelných stretnutí prednášku na tému Leaders of the future. Prednášať bude Agnieszka Maria Gasperini.

Extract: Based on many researches, it is obvious that – to face today´s challenges – leaders need a new set of competences. Among others, leaders of the future should have an agile mindset and servant leader skills. During the session we will talk about leadership by pointing out the role of future leader who can combine agile skills and traditional PM competencies. The agile alliance of PMI can be best demonstrated by the inclusion of the Agile Practical Guide in the 6th edition of the PMOBOK® which has just been officially released this month. Therefore the presentation will cover also some hot topics according to PMI – ACP Certification. Last but not least, PMI itself is undergoing a strategic transformation to redefine how to become a professional association of the future. Its transformation is based on 3 pillars: Strategic Focus, Customer Centricity and Organizational Agility.
